Welcome to my podcast website! I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, and the aim of this site is to further a real understanding of medical hypnotherapy - what it is, and what it can do. It is not full of technical jargon or medical terms, just a simple explanation of what it is all about for those who are interested, but may not know much about the subject.

Hypnotherapy is a really powerful tool for change: change - if you have a problem you want to get rid of, or change - if you want to develop your full potential. You don’t have to have a psychological problem to benefit from hypnotherapy! As well as psychological problems, hypnotherapy can help you with public speaking, learning, relaxation, relationships, business and even sporting performance. Everything we do - and how well we do it - is governed by our minds! That’s why hypnotherapy is so powerful.
